Hi SS: Finally got & devoured Direct from Dell .. great read. The nice thing after you try to digest all that Mr D has achieved, he's still only 33 .. you gotta know he's here @ warp speed for many years to come. Buying direct seems so amazingly simple & logical & yet we came from that system years ago .. buying bread & milk direct from the farmer or baker .. then the whole thing got turned upside down. When I was a kid we had milk & bread delivered to our house by the guys that actually processed the product. Then the customer was king etc. Michael Dell has taken a page from history & added high tech to it. Anyway after all that rambling, if you haven't read the book & are a Dell fan .. it's a must read IMO. Mike
