I recently contacted NAIB too. I was told to call back on Monday to download the demo version of their software. I am currently using cybertrader but have been taken to cleaners every time that I was on the wrong side of a fast market, in that their program consistently failed to fill my orders. I have a feeling that their system is out dated and does not forward the orders fast enough. I found myself chasing the falling stock instead of getting filled. On three different occasions, it took me 6, 8, and 15 minutes to get out of a position respectively (so much for limiting risk and controlling your loss).

Then again, I hear all these complaints about real tick III and MB trading as well.

My main concern with NAIB is the liquidity of REDI book. However, the idea of benefiting from SLK's short list is tempting.

I appreciate any comments anyone has about the broker/software they are using.

I also would like to know if anyone of you has ever sued or taken your daytrading broker to arbitration for misrepresentation as to the capability of their software or other problems that you may have had.
thanks,
