Jim, We've been lied to and now the people who lied to us hold in their hands the potential of the company that they lied to us about. They kept lieing to us until they could steal away any value that this company had. DON'T trust them. I also had faith in the product and company and have lost $1500. For me a lot of money that took many long hours of hard work to aquire. I went to the last annual shareholders meeting...what, 2 years ago now? and saw the products and the SHARKS dressed in their fancy suits and was taken in by their lies, and song and dance show. As far as I'm concerned they are all a bunch of Carney crooks and had this planned all along. To bankrupt the company so they could get the name and Tech at fire sale prices and screw the investors. My cave is dark with my anger at these deceiving a.....holes. Ginger/Block Island's Cavewoman

Dear Jim, Yes, you are right. Several ex-operating employees & I made an offer for the Vista plant/equipment at the bankruptcy auction that was accepted. The name of our new company is Phoenixx TPC. The shafts are currently available through clubmaker-online and direct from the plant. Golfsmith will also be carrying the shafts shortly. The shafts will be produced under the Quadrax brand name, initially, but the name will be phased out over time. Thanks for your good words. Mike
