Not everyone needs huge bandwidth,and as far as I know what the cable companies offer in my area everyone in a certain area is on the same amplified piece of wire,the more people on it the slower it gets.I think there are advantages with a dedicated pair of wires to the local central office,especially with Nortels 1 Mg modem coming to market.IMHO of course.

Ah Brad......you have done some good DD I see from the change in the tone of your last two posts. It is interesting to see when people have done good DD and it is reflected in the increased knowledge they bring to the thread.It is also interesting to see those who continue to post showing their obvious lack thereof regarding the same.You Brad have shown a remarkable change in tone which shows the results of your DD.Congrats.Now if someone could show Stanley Brown how to do DD maybe he would quit making a fool of himself.
