Question regading audited financials.

If the company becomes reporting, they must adhere to general accounting standards of the US. Any company that audits and puts their name on the statements becomes liable to shareholders. Do you think IMOT will find a company to audit and put their firm on the line regarding Chinese assets?

Wondering how this will come about. It would take a lot of guts for me to guarantee financials of an IMOT.

Liability. Gotta love it!

Hope your weekend was good, I crushed in the squash court today.
