I do believe Winspear will end up owning more of Snap Lake when all the dust settles.
To bad for Aber but I own no shares in Aber and it will be Winspear shareholders that gain.

PS Bob Bishop really got his foot in his mouth now.But I guess he like
Disputes but always loses.Someday he will get things right.

Exactly, or the reverse would be true. If WSP was coming up empty and ABZ had not anted-up, it would be WSP who would bring suit against ABZ to force ABZ to pay its' fair share of a venture gone bust!
