I continue to own many shares of Microsoft because I think its long term prospects remain good. (And I think they're better if the trial forces a change of ways there, but good in any case.) However, I don't think the short term prospects for the price are good in the early summer when the trial resumes. The trial, as you point out in your oh-so-savvy-and-snotty post, has had significant short-term effects on the price. It will again. It will have an even more significant short term effect if (when, imho) MS loses this round.
