Zeev, I don't see why you assume Castle Creek selling 1.7 million shares eliminates the potential floorless for July. I assume they are selling their shares from the first tranche, which they have already declared not to be floorless, and are hanging on to their shares from the 2nd tranche that are still potentially floorless.
