>>What I want to know is why the so many of the insiders sold the stock before the run up. Tells me they did not think the stock was worthy of the $4 a share area as reported by CNBC.<<

What they did not recognize is the fact the their service would be so popular. I think they expected maybe 20K people and if really took off maybe 100k. I am sure millions never even crossed their mind. I have seen this happen often since if it were me I would not give an entire phone number to a person, I would assign sub digits/line like in digital phones at all major companies. That way it keeps the cost/line very low. Where I work we have multiple T1's, Each T1 can handle 24 lines, but we have 400 people using it and 800 phone numbers. As long as the number of silmutaneous connections dont exceed like 4*24 you are okay. EFAX will figure this out and thats when the stock will really take off. I am not sure how much expsoure this company has. There is a lot of potential here, just needs to be harnessed.

Dont have a position now, Bought at 15 and sold at 16. Too many bad shorts to make me comfortable being long in the 20's. But I think long term depending how agile the management is, this is a very cheap stock.

Hope they get a lot of ad revenues

Where would the ad revenue come from? No-one really has to visit their website more than once (to sign up). The service is a great concept, but I don't see where they will make much money.
