That is truly the weirdest thing I ever heard.
But I guess no weirder than some of the stuff that people have in their yards
Or in front of town halls.
In Dallas we have this big ---wall. Downtown. And you walk around it but it's still just a wall.
I think it's the JFK Memorial Wall.
BUt WHY???
It bothers me a lot. It's bothering me right now.

Wait-I think I have it.
It's a Wishful Thinking Wall.
Like if they could have had that wall in 1963, maybe they could have protected JFK with it.

I can think of one way to cut your fenders.

Dip them in something up to where the cut should be. This will give you a dead flat line. Trace the boundary of wet and dry. Then follow the line with a rented plasma cutter.
