Ken, from a Datek "supervisor". Of course, sometimes the vision I get when I call there after a bad fill, and demand to talk to a supervisor, is the rep putting his hand over the mouthpiece, and announcing, "OK, who wants to be supervisor for this one?". <ggg> Honestly, after speaking to this guy a few weeks ago, I feel I have a better understanding of their order routing now. When I see shares on ISLD I want, either buy or sell, and I hit them with either a market or limit, I get them instantly, even before 10am. Good luck. Gary
