IPEC was poorly managed and price SFAM paid for reflects this. Given how SFAM has done in the market over the past six months, I wonder if the money managers believe that SFAM's management also is questionable.

Anyone venture to say what the book value of the combined entity will be? We've got to be close at this price($12 and change).

But maybe that's not important. Maybe the market thinks that AMAT will crush SFAM-IPEC. It sure seems to be voting that way.
