knowitall, do you, or does anyone out there know approx. what percentage of NETA's business ends up at retail? Also, the percentage of their business that is anti virus?

Mr K: I think you are correct in your comments concerning the leadership of NAI, but I don't think that's behind the fall in price. I suspect that some institutions started to dump shares, and as traders got wind they started to sell and stop losses were repeatedly hit and this week's debacle is the result. I don't have any data to back this up. At this point it is simply supposition.

But we've also seen this behavior many times before. As I recall, thew stock dropped from about $90 per share down to $40 shortly after the NETG acquisition. Maybe this is reflective of the shaky confidence investors have generally placed in this company. And as I've said before, Larson is simultaneously NAI's major asset and major liability.
