Craig,

the issue is not whose building Microworkz PCs but who will support them. First-time users ask a lot of questions and I'm certain the salesman at Circuit City isn't giving out his home phone number.

That doesn't sound like the original issue you raised, but it is an important one nevertheless. I have no clue how E-Machines or Microworkz support their customers. I would imagine the customer support is very poor, but I won't make any assumptions until I have more info.

I tried to download IE 5.0, before I went to sleep last night, but with no success. I was going to get the download going and just fall asleep, but it never started downloading - too busy maybe. These days I use IE 4.0 as much as Communicator. I wish I could pick and choose the features I like best from both products and use a single product.

I hate the way you have to install IE. It is a totally BS process. They should let you download one file and install from there.
