Sam, I note you are VP with "Turnaround & Crisis Management Co", specializing in bringing companies back from the dead. Are you fishing for business or just trying to create some?(G) Then again, perhaps you are just looking for an opportunity to apply "Altman's Bankruptcy Predictor" Since there does seem to be a viable product here, I am more inclined to think what we have is a group of overheated young entrepreneurs who are well versed in PR (admittedly so) than perhaps some of the communications restrictions and nuances associated with public Companies. Anyone with an idea and a product can start a Co. without the full knowledge of corporate law or an MBA in their pocket but without proper legal advice, can find themselves in hot water. Your cynicism probably stems from too much time in the trenches with turnaround candidates. I do however feel Mr. Chatfields surreptitious postings to this and other boards, no matter under what guise, were done knowingly with an attempt to appear disassociated and unbiased. That's a NO NO! If these guys want to make it, they need to FLY STRAIGHT.
