Scumbria,

Thanks for your kind albeit sarcastic remarks <gg>. I do take great satisfaction from the personal e-mail I have received over the past several years which I have received from SI members which have thanked me for letting them see the light regarding AMD. Not only did these people thank me for getting them out of AMD before they suffered losses or bigger losses, but at least one person also turned around and bought INTC based on my analysis. This is real world stuff, and this gives me real satisfaction. As long as there are suckers who are willing to believe Jerry's promises (and those echoed by the pundits), I will be here trying to save anyone who cares to listen to reason. Actually, I have demonstrated "exceptional humanity" (not tolerance, though) and have been attacked for my attempts to save/educate other investors. These attacks don't bother me at all, however, because like I said I get genuine satisfaction from knowing that I have helped at least a few people with their investment decisions.

BTW, a sincere (engineer to engineer) 'good luck' with your first product. Like CPU's, graphics can never get too fast. As someone who is into digital photography/scanning/processing, I would welcome any new advances in graphics performance.

Regards,

FF

SCUMbria - Re: Fred Fahmy & "You have a long history of concern for the well being of AMD and their investors, and your concerns should be considered in that light."

For three years, Fred Fahmy has been DEAD NUTS ACCURATE on his predictions of AMD.

When AMD went tp $48 in 1997, Fred correctly predicted they would screw something up and fall back to the teens.

He did this again in 1998 and again late in 1998.

You , on the other hand, have SUCKERED the innocent into buying AMD, beating the AMD drum as AMD continues to screw up themselves, their products, their reputation and their shareholders.

You keep proclaiming AMD's superior engineering and products, convincing more and more to buy into this dog as AMD's fortune plummets.

Go to work for Tad LaFountain.

You two are made for each other.

Paul
