Well the battle is over, Microsoft wins hands down.

That new Internet Explorer 5 is really that great.

(I just completely deleted Netscape from my computer for good.)

Finally, surfing the Internet really feels like surfing instead of crawling...........it goes well with my new Compaq 400hz computer.

(I am using the AMD processor. But I have noticed that windows 98 is slower than windows 95. When I hit the "start" button on the lower corner of the screen and select "explore" to see whats on my hard drive; retrieval time is no longer immediate, it actually takes a few seconds......strange.)

I just downloaded Internet Explorer 5 and it is fast; faster than Netscape.

I blew it again, didn't get around to try downloading after midnight so I tried again this morning and can't get in. One thing I know for sure is I never had to wait like this when Netscape released a browser. Will MSFT send me a CD?
