Doug, very well thought out post. I agree with your comments about the J&T catalyst and shares. IF the catalyst worked AND produced much higher rates of recovery (very big ifs) then the shares would be a reasonable cost and would be accepted by the shareholders (except for Richard of course - VBG).

Doug,
Good point,I believe McKay agreed to stay 3 years with the company to get them into positive cash flow and production.If all goes well I think he would stay longer I would hope, though I don't know his long term agenda.If the T&J catalyst would work that would be great,but legally it would belong to GPGI since it was developed in their R&D facility and by GPGI employees.
