I also have Level 2 with Etrade and I don't even use it. I use Stockedge Online and I think they have a much better system.

What is all this about a platinum account anyway? I know about the Power Etrade, but what the heck is platinum? I too have had problems with ETrade, but not as severe as those others on the board. My two cents is that ETrade is not a good place to trade if you are somewhat active. I am not that active (say 5 trades a month, maybe) and I have had few problems with the service. I have noticed that their customer service has gotten better though. I no longer have to wait 2 hours on the phone to talk to someone. Well, please let me know what this platinum stuck is, I would like to know. Thanks
