So funny Johannes! :-)

Now I understand deeper how political correctness has spread through the liberal campus's to the media and society. The supposedly enlightened ones can't deal with an honest debate/discussion.
I expect the anti-free speech liberals on SI will be buying browsmaster in droves. :-)

I would be willing to bet if Jill ever published the results of whining to silence people on SI, liberals or left wing Democrats would be ahead about 5 to 1.

Buy Hey, it's their right, if they can't deal with an honest debate which challenges their assumptions, then so be it.

Here we see the first signs of the new media taking root. SI is a part of this new media. Not being able to control the content. (like the mainstream news) is going to be a difficult concept for Democrats and liberals to deal with.

You see the same sort of thing in talk radio. It's an immediate format not controlled by any one entity. That's why nearly all successful programs on radio are conservative in nature. Liberals truly despise talk radio, as they do internet bulletin boards such as SI. :-)

I find it all very amusing, and enlightening!

Michael

Pretty funny, Johannes... I did find myself wondering about the purpose, since if you want to ignore someone it is already easy enough---- just don't click on his or her posts. Plus, as you say, it does seem to defeat the purpose of engaging on the thread, if used too "liberally"...
