My statement.......

First of all I am not just a basher when it comes to stocks. I go back three years when it comes to PKGP/USXP(1996). When the Yahoo BB threads were around I was one of it's biggest supporters. As I learned to do more DD(due diligence) and not rely on posters, e-mails and newsletters I figured out how the BB game is played. It amazes me how most people have no clue what they are doing and are looking for an easy quick score. Well the game isn't played this way and I diversify as much as possible. I now own 13 pennies with a goal to own 20-30. I look at the whole picture when it comes to pennies including share counts, debt, management etc. USXP has a huge trail of carnage behind it and management has proved not to be trusted and is far from open. I do realize that most BB companies will do anything they have to do to survive including reverse splits. If they don't they will be out of business. The first reverse split at 1 for 12 in 1996 wasn't as bad as the second 1 for 70 in 1998. This one caught everyone by surprise and many were told this would not be an option. Also the share count rose to 120 million via the printing press. Although all of this was legal the way it was handled by USXP management to "catch" the shorters was disgusting. It was for the most part a lie. We were all screwed. I no longer have money in this stock and sold at a tax loss last December. At best I would say buyer beware. I do not bash stocks just to bash them like so many individuals on these threads that change ID's because they have other agendas. I will praise a stock if there is merit. I post responsibly, logically and have a reason for my opinions. I would not tell an investor to invest a dime in this company until USXP actually closes a deal not a letter of intent or an affiliation. I would urge any investor who is thinking about investing in USXP to find out if there are really 7,000 APAC members not an old outdated list of postal centers most of whom have no clue what APAC is, are out of business or don't pay dues or use any services. If you don't do your DD you'll have no one to blame but yourself unless you're day trading(which I believe a lot of posters here are trying to do to make a quick buck) and trying to guess what will happen. To those day trading I say flip a coin you'll have a 50% chance of guessing right. Most of my penny buys these days are for longer holding pennies. If anyone wants to PM me I welcome your comments.
