Gail is my favourite elf...Ralphie is just guessing , I think he figures he can parlay his last summer call into top dog status... I think Gail and Harvey Eisen are where its at in that show... Harv suggested 10 yr bonds at 7 % a couple of yrs ago...Dynamite advice...One didn't need to mess with the market...He said you could double your money in several yrs with the bond, and the dow would need to go to 14K for an equivalent return...
