received this PM, you may want to ask about the preferred's and dig through the SEDAR filings. Acuvision recently delisted from the VSE so there is some public info available about the company at the BCSC (SEDAR Filings). Looks like they recently re-organized the company at their AGM. Take a look at their AGM circular here. I noticed the creation of some preferreds. Also when they de-listed themselves there was only 5.3 million issued and outstanding. sedar.com It will take 3 months and $1 million US to create the kind of website they are talking about - less cash if the webtechs take paper.
