Tim As for having the money before the announcement, IMO would have been tough. They needed to make the announcement, in order to use that news for funding. I really doubt they thought that the ASE would have required them to remain halted during the funding. I dont think that it will be that much longer before they will have the money. I actually thought they were looking at getting several hundred K and not just a few. IMO SRU is well worth the wait...... Steve
