So which is it ETrade? They told cnbc the system was down due to the demand with the Dow hitting 10,000. (And that's a bs story in itself.) I got that same message too, that the system was down "due to enhancements being made." (and IF they want to make changes, DON'T do them during market hours. DUH!)
