Dear Paul or anyone: I have a HP Deskjet 820Cse Printer. Have been addressing my sons graduation announcements today and suddenly the printer jammed up. As I was extracting the envelopes a small grey rubber bushing or bearing came rolling down the paper tray. Has a slit in one side which probably accounts for how it came off whatever it was on. Looked in User Guide but no advice as to how to tear down the printer. Being Saturday cant get ahold of HP. Anyone have any advice--similar problem? JDN
