Jeff, have you been watching the Internet stocks over the past couple of years? And the companies which IPO's them? Take a look at DBCC over the last year.

Assume for the sake of example that current shareholders get 1 share of the IPO for each share of Net2phone. Let's say the IPO is priced at 20 or so and hits 80 on its first day as did IVIL yesterday. That is $16/IDT share added to each shareholders value. IDT will certainly reflect some part of the IPO's expected value in its price once it is announced.

Furthermore, after the spinoff the internet business will no longer take considerable resources from IDTC's profits, thus increasing IDTC's earnings, which will add to its value.
