When everyone has given up and the price is at an all time low is when these should be bought. If one is convinced that doom is not imminent, then accumulation is the word of the day. 8 million dollars has been spent on this project so far and good people have come on board. Eventually, Redwater should be upgraded enough to provide enough cash flow to pay the phone bills etc and stop the paper presses. At that point, things will look a lot better.
