Uncle Frank, QQQ is same as Naz 100. It is great for some one who is starting out but if we already have these stocks in our portfolios
we are only duplicating.

good for some one who has spy and wants exposure to tech.

if u buy msft,csco, intc, wcom, dell .. u already got 60% of QQQ.

i do not think u can short qqq in ur ira.
for people who understand technology we would be making more mony by
buying fallen angels from this universe aNd ridig back up.
