Dear 2 Mars$: Bookmarked it for later look into. Meanwhile, I was just in the process of typing the addresses to my Son's graduation announcements when the printer broke down. A little grey rubber, what I would call a bearing or a bushing, came rolling out the paper tray. I have an HP Deskjet 820Cse Printer. Looked in User Guide but no advice on how to tear down the printer. Have you or anyone else had this problem. I believe that it has to be related to the paper feeding operation as it wont feed anymore. Any advice? JDN
