Mr tang:

My..... but you do have a way with words, and I agree with them. BTW I experienced the same as you about trading this one. I am very long term here as well as MSFT, AIT, LU, T, AFL, SNV what can I say? I like big strong fast running gorillas.

I will trade the small ones with a saw tooth chart.

tang -

Just wanted to thank you for your excellent, informative, interesting long post about AOL assets and scenarios / options for further evolution, and, of course, hopefully continued "dominance." Also enjoy and thank you and Vendit for the frequent "dialogue" posts.

BTW re: your post #7177 : my son had the same experience that you described your daughter as having with ICQ. Is there any one now who doesn't use AOL Instant Messenger now ? Probably one of AOL's most strategic acquisitions combining utility, community and brand reach. David Wetherell of CMGi talks about "viral" websites/ activities meaning those that extend, repeat, and "replicate" themselves. I can't think of anything more "viral" than ICQ/AIM.

(FWIW: CMGi is my largest position, AOL 2nd and down a bit from there YHOO and then WCOM.)

Thanks again and good luck --

George Martin

i talk with a lot of investors (particularly tech inves
tors) who are warming up to net investing. GUESS WHERE
THEIR FIRST STOP WILL BE? that's right, come to poppa.
