When I first heard about BBN, must have been at least six months ago, I was told that only a small portion of this private network was routed through the internet and that it was supposed to be completely separate from the internet in a very short time. I have not used it because I do not have local access where I live, so I don't know much about how it's working nowadays. My understanding is that BBN is a private commercial network, not run by CyBer, but just provided as an alternate means of connection for those who could benefit from it.
