Happy BD to you, Princess!!!

Well, as happy and healthy as it can be under the circumstances. You seem to be hanging in there awfully well for what you're going through.

We're wishing (and praying) that you'll have a safe and successful surgery and a speedy recovery.

Oh heck, I missed your b-day. Hope it was a happy one - and if not entirely painfree - well then just celebrate again in a couple of weeks! You'll do great this week - ride the wave.

A co-worker just had back surgery. A funny note:

<< Update on Lenny. I talked to him yesterday and he sounded fine. His surgery (in case you didn't know, he hurt his back several months ago), took two hours and the doctors removed several pieces of disk material. Those pieces had been pinching the nerve much like a garden hose. The pain in his leg and foot are almost all gone, he's just very sore from the surgery. He'll probably be out about two weeks. He does have e mail at home so send him a note. One funny story.. apparently he woke up during the surgery...looked at the anesthesiologist and said "how's it going"......and which point the guy's jaw hit the floor, but he quickly pulled himself together and cranked up the juice sending Lenny back to lala land. >>
