Unfortunatly Kimberly is probably correct. Non Disclosure by promotors is so prevelant today that the SEC is usually happy with getting the non-disclosing party to provide disclosure. I was speaking with an SEC attorney a few weeks back and he stated that most of the time they send a letter or make a phone call and as long as the suspect party startss complying with disclosure laws, the SEC usually lets it rest. I personally don;t agree with that policy as it basically implies violating discloseure laws is ok iuntil you get caught.
At least as far as I'm concerned this outing of Chatty serves to provide me with some insight into what the real motives of the players are here. This company is definatly more interestedin stock price than the company.

And trust me, Kimberly is quite adept at getting in stocks early enough to get in on the pump and from what I witnessed, she is smart enough to get out for the dump. Quite a savvy trader and I look forward to meeting her in the near future.

<<Are you really that naive? (rhetorical question) >>

why don't you try calling Stark up and see if he will give you the time of day?

As for wishing me good luck on Monday, well, thank you. Obviously you don't know me and my trading records. I am a good friend of Anthony Elgindy, and have traded against his short positions about 6 times (DBCC, IMOT, SKYM....)..you can look it up. In nearly every occasion, I managed to turn a very good profit near the top before his short position began to flourish. He is one awesome trader, of course.

BearDown is a friend as well, and I will respond to his post in a separate post.
