Actually, I'm relatively new at Candlestick charting....but it sure has worked for me recently. My husband got me started on it and I was a total disbeliever. Now I use it always, along with other forms of TA. I use Market Guide a lot...but unfortunately it does not have PNLK. I've got plenty of bookmarks. LOL

The book I'm using to interpret the candles is "Candlestick Charting Explained - Timeless Techniques for Trading Stocks and Futures" by Gregory L. Morris. Got it from amazon.com. I still have to refer to it now and then to interpret the charts (as I did with PNLK).

I did run across a website that explained candlestick charting, but did I think to bookmark it? No!!!! Duh!

If I find it again, I'll post it.

Regards,
Helene

Todd, you must remember that the charts, though accurate in plotting past performance, or theories of what may happen when certain variables are in play. Theories, peroid.

Todd, as I have posted here before TA is good IMO to get the 'big pic', support, resistance, consolidation, general trends etc. that's it ! from here on you have to use good 'ol common sense. From my previous experience with TA (used it a lot in the early days of AIQ & MetaStock) there is NO WAY you can predict the future using charts as there are far too many variables out there.

Common sense will tell you that PNLK is moving higher (as did my TTT
indicator <G>) the charts are the result of what is going on anyway and confirm the trend. I don't think this stock is going to move according to what we think the chart is saying. It's going to move on
anticipation for news , the way we 'took' the news once released and
what we see as future potential for PNLK.

OK, so much for my 2 cents...
