Daniel's latest pick is CRNC! Cont'd.... PLEASE READ!!! He bought some on Friday (see link to post below):Message 8415442 Listen, I don't normally follow Daniel's picks nor do I post on this board. CRNC is a fantastic opportunity that I hope Daniel's involvement does not spoil. If you actually do some research you'll find that Daniel's remarks (from the link above) kind of show his ignorance and his dependence on his "powers" to make himself money. He said " Anyone know anything about CRNC? If I recall awhile back they said they were expecting an acqusition soon? I picked up 5k shares a few minutes ago. Rumor going around about news coming next week. Im taking a risk" Well if he actually DID some real DD he'd surely know that CRNC has signed binding letters of intent to acquire 3 different companies with pooled revenues of over 77.6 million dollars and net revenue projections of 13.6 million. This gives the company a projected EPS of $1.11 (fully diluted)! At a conservative P/E ratio of 10, this makes CRNC an $11 stock. I think Danny Boy is getting a bit too lazy these days...why would he drop $4,000+ on something he apparently knew little about? Why? Because he knows he can post it on his thread and make himself a pile of loot. As I said, CRNC is a legitimate opportunity that I've spent many hours researching. Hopefully Dan's P&D scheme doesn't ruin this gem. For those of you who appreciate real DD, the acquisitions are indeed progressing toward closure. Formal audits are underway. According to CRNC IR's David Salmon, expect a conference call to be forthcoming in the next few weeks to detail the closings and other exciting new developments. One of the acquisitions, Seminole Scrap, has landed a $33 million dollar contract...they just need to sign the final papers (a formality I am told) expect to see info released on this soon. There is plenty more but I don't want to clog up the thread with REAL DD...LOL. IMO, CRNC is a potential 5-8 bagger for those in at current levels. This being said, there is always a chance that the acquisitions may fall through or some other unexpected developments may come up. Don't depend on what you read on ANY of the threads...do your own research and make your own decision...
