You would have to do an analysis of market shares in all overlapping markets. The acquisition will not be stopped, so the the risk is minimal. Intel will simply sell off any part that tends to create a monopoly. I will take a while to clear it though (like that interminable acquisition last year -- I forget the company but I had a little bit and the arbitrageur's profit was positive to the end. People are ordinarily cautious, so misunderstanding often leads them to pass up good bets. I plan to take some of this one.
