Cheeky, It's not about how old Daniel is, at least I don't think that it is. Rather the issue is, is what Dan's been doing ethically and legally right. I'm not qualified to comment on the legality, but I see big problems with his judgement and ethics. Actually I have problems with many of the penny stock touts on SI, it's just that Dan has managed to find his way into the spotlight more than the others, so he gets bashed more than some of the others.
