Paul, that is exactly what is confusing about that statement since the balance sheet in early November already shows conversion of at least $1.6 MM of the preferred A (only $5.9 MM left on the balance sheet). I do not know why the S3's keep saying that CC still own all of the preferred A when a prior 10Q says otherwise. My only explanation is that the lawyers would like to have the opportunity to pocket a little more billable hours for additional amendments and purposefully file wrong documents. Maybe VLNC need new lawyers. Zeev
