Actually, going back to the heyday of KM I was a regular contributor, since that was an area I had some professional experience with. Since I know virtually nothing about processed cheese, I probably don't have much to add to the extremely valuable insights posted on that subject. I will resist getting hostile with you about this. If my use of the word "useless" offended, then I apologize. However, the point is that more than a few threads on SI have become useless because a few people on the thread like to use it for pointless banter about things not very related to the subject of the thread. <DonÕt waste valuable band width < Get real, that was my point.
