Our legal counsel tells me we can not file form 10 until out year end audit is complete. I expect audit to be complete in the next 2-4 weeks. Our attorney has already started the draft of the form 10 an this will be filed asap. The following are the revenue streams of 1st Net 1. Building web sites 2. Revenue sharing on e-commerce sites with our clients 3. Sales of the interactive business cards 4. License fees for 1st Net Mail 5. Sales of software 6. Advertising fees for our newsletters 7. Sales of community based browsers 8. On Line Road shows 9. The sale of equity positions acquired for services Of the listed above we are just kicking in revenue streams on most of them. So far to date our revenues have been from #1 , #9 & #6 above. The rest are just now kicking in and we should see a great increase in sales in the 2nd qtr. Please keep an eye on our company.
