Did some research on PAPO, which is essentially a shell company on the OTC. John Christensen is no longer associated with PAPO in any way, having divested his interest in it to an investment group (PAPO was one of several shell companies that JC apparently had set up). From what I'm hearing, PAPO will be conducting a reverse merger shortly with a private company to bring the private company public.
