My response:
Companies use Weighted average shares outstanding in the calculations.
The Preferred B shares issuance came too late in the Q to affect the DecQ SEC filing share count very much.

Next Q filing, we should see the weighted average share count rise to the 27+ million figure.

A year ago, the share count was 23.4M, the Castle Creek purchases, along with purchases by Lev Dawson and warrants issued to Berg, accounts for the year over year increase.
