Pleased to see you back SN. However I do think there are fair reasons for CEOs and IR departments to dislike stock threads. Misquotes would top the list reasons. I have followed up several calls to IR with my own calls to IR in order to confirm several posts and found that the posts were substantially inaccurate and generally tended to be more rosey than the message put forth by IR. I will not judge whether they were attempts to hype or just people hearing what they wanted to hear, but they were wrong. I would imagine the same happens to Benz. The following is not directed at your calls to management SN, as I have not confirmed any of your calls. I am not letting management off the hook though, it seems obvious to me that if management wants to get their message out in their own words they must speak and keep investors informed. Otherwise they will continue to be subjected to the '3 stooges' misstating the company message on the various threads. This taking turns calling management is absurb, as it would be stupid to rely on someone elses hearsay of what management says. The message investors need to send to management is "Get online and Get the information out, the MVEE message is totally in your control", management has relinquished that control to any idiot with the guts to call management and a modem. SEC filing is driven by the July filing requirement so June isnt a bad guess for a filing date. But hope springs eternal, so maybe we will be surprised by an earlier filing. As for being compared to others, as long as you know who you are, that is all that matters SN. Keep posting negative or positive, your posts are well written and inciteful, even when I do not agree.
