And for what are you suggesting the revenues from this "dilution" will be used?? Your fears would be warranted, if we were to ASSume management were planning to simply issue the convertibles and do a secondary, all the while playing switch with the kiosks.

Is it not within the realm of credibility that the convertibles and future secondary just might be used for expansion/acquisition?

Wonder why Mircosoft, is interested in OSFT?
