Respectfully I would suggest that "always come back" is NOT always the case. In order to make that determination you need insight into the problem to see if it's temporary or of a more serious nature. Do you happen to know the following:
SFSK's market share
Growth rate of SFSK's market
Major competitors of SFSK
How buying decisions are made and who makes them (ie distributers, end users etc)
Reason for margin errosion that is being projected (cost, exchange rate or competition?)
Perhaps someone out there has access to quality analysis from one of the brokerages covering this stock that might summarize in a intellegent way the issue with supply/demand and price.
With the pressure on health care providers price could become a deciding factor.
Concerning the irregularities that SFSK has fessed upto here, someone once said they are like cockroaches, where you find one your liable to find more. Has management eliminated all the "cockroaches" with their disclosure or perhaps are there a few more to be fettered out.
Gennerally it takes 2-6 months for a stock to stablize after a event like this, allowing at least 1 quarters reporting following the "extermination" of the cockroaches. I would like to believe in the representation of the strength of their position and efficiency as SFSK can be a compelling value. On the other hand letting some time pass and observing the behavior of the stock might be the best judge of when it's time to buy in.

Suma:

To heed the advice of one such as Apple12 is akin to financial suicide! Remember this guy has, by his own admission, lost over $90,000 riding SFSK down from the mid $20's. He is also the same poor soul who is deriding others posts due to the fact he can not make his mortgage payments, nor pay his kid their allowance. All that so he can meet margin calls. This poor unfortunate soul is probably going to end up bankrupt, and destitute simply because he had absolutley no clue as to what he was doing!! His is not advice, but instead wishful thinking.

I am glad you sold your position, and very sorry you lost your money. I hope that you are able to go to better investments and prosper. Look at PERC at 48 on it's way to 80. Or MRPS at 1 1/8 going to 5+, look at the thread on SI.

Take Care, and good luck.
