What is Lisa Nash talking about??? 20 mins.??? Is she trapped in one of those star trek space-time continuum things? only affecting a limited number of customers? What is her definition of "limited"?

I used to say the same thing but now that I use it, I like it. I do wish I could see the Dow and S&P 500 when getting individual free real time quotes though.
Also wish I could find out how many minutes of free phone time I have built up. I really hate paying 27 cents a minute for 15 min delayed quotes (over the phone only).
