I was buying at the PHLB floor and it is not Walgreens, WAG and Albersons. But you are right ... the only thing the attorney will tell you is "He is doing the filings and it should be filed in April" LOL It is undervalved for a profitable company with a 3 mil float and 10mil outstanding. They have have recent orders from Eckerds, WalMart, Wompall Canada. Plus they are getting orders everyday and exceeding the test marketing they are having done. The Franchise shop and its expansion is looking good plus there is several more going to open soon all over the south and midwest; These shops are getting lots of interest. I think the PR firm is OTC Financial but not sure. I have heard came to them and starting to get aggressive plus they are working for restricted stock at much higher levels that what it is trading at presently. Hey just waiting on the news... GB
