Several more comments. My opinions only, FWIW.

I assume that the Midland 15c2-11 process will take longer than 3-5 business days, due to past events. The SEC will want to look Midland over again with a very fine-toothed comb.

If you remember the SEC's stop order, they were concerned that Midland had unsuccessfully attempted a number of reverse mergers, and that Midland filings were not in order. Roger realizes that any further reverse-merger deal has to stick. He's got to find a reverse merger candidate that both shareholders and the SEC will approve of. The candidate will have to have audited financials, have squeaky clean management, and have the financial and management resources necessary to complete the deal. Further, the candidate will have to have existing revenues to support the stock price.

In retrospect, Midland's been dead and buried for so long, it feels strange seeing it start to rise back out of the ground. A small resurrection of sorts, for which we can all be grateful.
