Dave,

That license is for CDMAone and CDMA 2000 only. A new round of WCDMA license and royalty is coming soon from all manufacturers interested in doing WCDMA.

Check Phillip and LU already signed a WCDMA and/or CDMA 2000 license from QCOM. That tell you something. Right? I need time to make sure whether it is WCDMA or CDMA 2000.
